Kudos to Dr. Dalton and her team at Dalton Dental. They have always provided me with stellar service, and based on my recent experience I am even a bigger fan. Yesterday, Sunday, I broke my crown on my upper teeth so I decided to email office. Within 10 minutes, I got an email back from Dr. Dalton (on Sunday) saying it would be fine and they would work me in and take care of my problem. When I woke up this morning and turned on my phone, there was a message from the office manager giving me options for today. I was able to go at 10am and now all is good. Now that is good customer service.
Dr. Dalton is an amazing dentist! She is very kind and gentle. The office staff and dental assistants are awesome too! Everyone is very accommodating and they do their best to keep you relaxed while you are there, It's more of a spa atmosphere than a dental office vibe. My husband is also a very satisfied patient!
DR. DALTON IS AMAZING!!! She is so kind and uses all the newest equipment so everything is as pain free as possible. As I write this, I am sitting in the chair after getting a crown! She was so awesome and gentle I almost fell asleep during the procedure. :) I was REALLY nervous but she explained to me everything and she even downloaded music on my cell phone so I could listen to music during the procedure! :) She has many great reviews in newspapers, magazines, etc. I am very glad I found her. :)
Best experience ever! Never had any cavities in my life before so when I chipped my tooth on a jawbreaker, I knew I had to address the missing part of my tooth. Dalton Dental was able to schedule me an appointment right away, and the procedure was quick and painless. Best dentist in Tampa Bay, Hands Down!
The atmosphere at this dental office is so relaxing and pleasant! I seriously feel like I'm going to a SPA!!! I feel so relaxed and taken care of. They have relaxing music playing tranquil pictures on the screens in the rooms and the staff is so friendly. The doctor always makes sure I am completely comfortable and goes above and beyond to make sure the procedure is completely pain free. I would not even consider going anywhere else in the Tampa area!!! This place is Awesome and love Dr. Dalton!
My second visit to Dalton Dental, and it's been great. The hygienist is awesome, very thorough, and even gave me a hand crème treatment while cleaning my teeth.

Changed my world! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Dr. Dalton is about saving teeth and changing lives. She is genuinely up for the challenge to creating a new relationship between dentist and patient. No pain.... zero when she gives injections. No crazy fees... in fact there was no charge for service I was charged for at other offices. They worked with me from beginning to end. Her staff is by your side they every procedure actively ensuring that you are comfortable... and happy. Seriously cannot say enough. Within the 1st 5 minutes I was overwhelmed with their positive no stress approach to dentistry. For anyone out there who have tremendous fear...Dr. Dalton and her staff are going to take every single concern of yours and change your life when it comes to dental visits. The slightest of discomforts is a no-no in her office. Absolute angels
I can't praise the experience enough that I experience every time I am there. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. Julissa does a very thorough job in job as the hygienist and is very knowledgeable. She spotted a condition during my last cleaning that could have developed into a serious condition had she not noticed it during my regular cleaning. Dr. Dalton is very professional and very concerned with the welfare of her patients. I am a very nervous patient in a dentist office and these folks have put me at ease every time I visit. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Thank you to the entire Dalton team for all you did to make my recent crown experience so painless and perfectly blended in with my other teeth; you would never know. The match in color of the permanent tooth (crown) is perfect. It feels great. Even the endodontist you recommend for the root canal was so fantastic! It's tough when it's the front tooth that is going through this "change of life" as vanity kicks in. Even the temporary crown can be traumatic. Your staff kicked in to make the whole experience a pleasant one. You, Dr. Dalton, and your staff--each and every one--are simply amazing. You did what needed to be done with great craftsmanship and it was pain-free; those shots that used to terrorize me are painless: you have the technique down to a science to alleviate the pain. I'm so grateful. What a wonderful team you have. Thank the lab for me too on getting the crown color match to be perfect. Absolutely perfect!
This was my very first visit to Dalton Dental. I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with very friendly two ladies at the front desk. It was a minimal wait in the lobby after I checked in. Then I was taken back for electronic paperwork, x-rays & pics of my teeth by Miriam. She was very pleasant and professional. Then Dr. Dalton performed the exam which went very well. She's very nice & professional. After the exam, it was back to the hygienist for a cleaning. She did an outstanding job. I was really impressed with the Dr. and staff. Overall, this was a very nice dental experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Dalton Dental.
I've never been to a dentist office that plays soothing music and a video to watch that makes you feel relaxed. They offered hand warmers to moisturize your hands while you wait. The staff was wonderful! They explain everything to you to make sure you understand any issues you may have. Not only are they nice, but they're very professional as well. They make you feel important. I've been in the military for 22 years and this is the first time I've ever been to a dentist outside the military. Huge difference! I'm really glad I chose Dr. Dalton's office. Thank you ladies!!!!

Lady Rene is the best, she made me feel so comfortable and confident with all of my upcoming treatments. She is simply amazing and brings nothing but positive energy to your office. My three boys ages 11,9 and 7 had an enjoyable experience at Dalton Dental. We are so glad to have found this practice for our dental health needs! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dalton advocates prevention, but is conservative when it comes to procedures. This is exactly what we were looking for... A dentist who takes measures to ensure dental health without doing unnecessary procedures for the sake of a profit. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and cares about her patients. I will be telling all my friends to go to Dr. Dalton!
